  Worst fish n chips ever. Squid was reconstituted crap that fell apart as you picked it up. The meal was that oily we couldn't eat it, the paper was absolutely dripping in it. Chips were old to. Would not recommend even if it was the only place left in SA. If you like oily crap this is the place to go. YUK

  Tried the double whiting pack. Very generous portions of fish. Fish tasted fresh. Batter carried too much oil which tasted old. Works if you are really hungry.

  Had a very disappointing meal here tonight. We asked for 2 serves of squid with our fish and chips for three people, but didn't realise until shortly after we'd paid that we were charged $25 for each serve of squid. I went back to the counter, less than 5 minutes after completing the order, and asked if those serves of squid were full meals, when I was told they were I apologised and said that we meant to have them as sides along with our fish and chips. I was told that because we had paid by eftpos that we could not change the order because they needed to pay tax on it, he had already 'softened it' and if we wanted an entree size we needed to specify when ordering. This annoyed me greatly as it was an accident and it meant that we had just paid $84 for fish, chips and squid for 3 people, but we carried on. Receiving the meal continued the disappointment. Considering the cost we expected we would have far too much food, but the fish was small and there was not much squid. Neither tasted great. Would definitely recommend trying somewhere else if you're after some tasty fish and chips for a reasonable price.

  We ordered 1/2 doz kilpatrick and natural. They took and incredibly long time despite only two other couples who ordered. The kilpatrick were microwaved and natural below average too. Would not recommend.
